Tomorrow is PMI (Purchasing Managers’ Index) day. The expectations are mixed a little, but not that much.
The EU numbers will be possibly a little worse than before, near the expectation. I bet that the EUR will go under 1.10300.
I also don’t see positive signs for the GBP. I see GBP under 1.32500 during the day.
But what about the US numbers? The Dollar felt a lot before the Rate Cut. The market priced it well before the decision and I think it became way weaker than necessary. I am 80% sure that the USD will be stronger tomorrow.
Don’t forget the most important rule of trading if you are a trader.
The most important thing in trading is not your trading strategy’s accuracy, it is the effectiveness of your risk management.
